Leadership for Women

Take the Lead

Presented by Eberhardt School of Business, this Leadership Summer Camp will address topics in business and leadership development for young women. Participants in this two-week program will develop skills and qualities to build leadership potential in the business world to be at the forefront of tomorrow’s workforce. Young women who are curious, passionate and ready-to-learn will take a significant step into the business world at one of the best business schools in the country.

Curriculum

The Women in Leadership program is a multi-session program filled with team-building activities, seminars with faculty and professionals, leadership development workshops and collegiate and alumni connections. Case studies will be used to frame discussion and learning.

Associate Professor of Business Analytics

PhD in Engineering Science, Louisiana State University
M.S. in Product Design and Management, University of Liverpool
B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Isfahan University of Technology

Before joining Pacific Dr. Javadpour worked as a Software Architect and Data Analytic for the Department of Health & Hospitals and Center for Business and Information Technology (CBIT) at University of Louisiana Lafayette where she also taught professionals on the topic of Big Data. In addition to teaching and research she has chaired tracks and sessions at IISE and FLAIRS conferences. Her main area of research is Natural Language Processing and Data Analytics.
